All services are provided on a fixed-price, deliverable-based model. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price are defined in a written quote before any work begins. Acceptance of a quote constitutes a binding agreement between Automize AI LLC and the client for the specified service.

Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables produced for the client become the property of the client. Automize AI LLC retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All tools, frameworks and third-party resources used remain subject to their respective licenses.
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement. Automize AI LLC will not disclose client data to third parties except as necessary to deliver the agreed services or as required by law.

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant specific outcomes (e.g., number of leads, search ranking positions, revenue growth) unless explicitly guaranteed in writing in the quote.
You agree not to use our services for any illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the state in which Automize AI LLC is registered.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the date of your purchase or engagement. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
